These terms govern your use of the website vorapi.com, operated by VOR Media Technologies, 470 Promenade des Anglais, 06200 Nice, France. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

1. What this site is

vorapi.com presents the VOR suite and VOR Media Technologies to media companies and lets them request a demo. The VOR suite itself – VOR Studio, Insights, Analytics, Chat, Monitoring and the API – is licensed to publishers under a separate written agreement. Nothing on this site is part of that agreement, and nothing here is an offer that can be accepted by clicking.

2. Information on the site

We keep the site accurate and say clearly where a figure is an example. Unless a page states otherwise, screenshots and drawn views show example data, and product descriptions describe the suite as it works on the date at the top of the page. Features, integrations, routines and prices are confirmed in the written proposal you receive after a demo – that document, not this site, is what you can rely on.

Results reported by clients are their own figures for their own titles and periods. They are not a forecast for any other title.

3. Intellectual property

The VOR name, the VOR wordmark and lockup, the Fold mark, and the text, illustrations, drawn product views and code of this site belong to VOR Media Technologies. You may read, link to and quote the site for the purpose of evaluating VOR; you may not copy, republish or use its content or marks commercially without our written permission. Names and marks of other companies mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify their products.

The developer documentation and the OpenAPI description at /developers/ may be used to build integrations with VOR for a publisher that holds a licence.

4. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to break into, overload, scrape at scale or otherwise interfere with the site or the systems behind it; send automated or misleading demo requests; or use the site for anything unlawful. We may limit or block traffic that does.

5. Demo requests

A demo request is an invitation for us to contact you. It creates no obligation on either side. We decide whom we offer a demo to, and we reply personally. How we handle the details you send is described in our privacy policy.

6. Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee it, and we may change or remove content without notice. To the extent permitted by law, VOR Media Technologies is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are brought before the competent courts of Nice, France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.
